Please take the steps specified in the following:
1.  Install Nterview.me Chrome extension here, if you have not.
2.  Open Nterview.me Chrome extension by clicking the icon from the toolbar.
Log in if you're not yet.
Finish interview if you have a previous interview running.
3.  Click Create New.
4.  Input interview information.
Scenario: Mixed Interview

5.  Click Save.
6.  Select the interview from the list and Click Start.
7.  Click Activate.
